So I made these this past weekend and they are SO good! Just want my sweet tooth needs.
cut bananas in half - I used 4 bananas/8 halves
insert popsicle stick and freeze for 10 min
combine crushed peanuts, rice crispies cereal, mini chocolate chips (I did about a 1/2 a cup of each), and some rainbow shots in a bowl
remove bananas and lightly coat with corn syrup one at a time and then dip into the bowl
be sure to cover them as much as you can with the mixture
individually wrap and freeze
a yummy, healthy summer treat!
