Jacquelyn Pellegrini is almost 2 years old. This August she will be undergoing surgery in Boston for her severe scoliosis that is compromising her health. This is the first of many for her. By the time she is 10 she will have had about 20 surgeries.
Please find it in your heart to contribute to the "Jackie Jar". Every little bit helps. Even spare change from lunch will add up.
We will be giving the contributions to her mom and dad to help ease the costs of gas for traveling back and forth to Boston and to lessen the burden of her rising medical bills.
