Last night I decided at 8:30pm to make chocolate chip cookies. For no particular reason other than I wanted some cookie dough. I decided to use this recipe which I had been dying to try for a while. I wanted to see if adding pudding mix really made the cookies more moist. And boy was I not disappointed!
I ate so much of this dough I could barely eat a cookie when done.
The cookies were amazing! So moist and I will definitely use this recipe again. However it needs a pinch of salt and less chocolate chips. Then it will be perfect.
They were still soft and moist this morning as I downed 4 for breakfast ;)
