Milk rocks

It was quite the weekend.  Actually I don't remember much of it.  Honestly there is nothing going on right now in our lives other than getting ready for baby and being in pain every day all day long.  Boring, I know.  I have had the urge to write on my blog lately but the only thing that comes out is complaining and bitching about how shitty I feel which is totally unfair.  My blog is supposed to be my happy place.  So for today, I'm going to pretend my pain and lack of sleep are non existent and write about a few fun things.

Fun thing #1:  I'm officially in my 3rd trimester already.  Um, yeah, yesterday I feel like I took that positive test.

Fun thing #2:  I have discovered the best milk on the planet.  No for real.  I have been so in love with milk that it's all I drink besides water.  No matter when I'm thirsty, I chug a glass or two of milk down like it's my job.  I've been going through over a gallon a week!  Of course I only drink skim/fat free so it's not too bad for me.  Anyways, I was drinking my local grocery store brand or Garelick Farms but one day I went into a different grocery store and they had neither.  So I got some Guidas.  OMG!!  Guida's milk was so different and it was delish!  From then on I made Jared go to a different store to get me Guidas.  But then one day he just brought me some milk from our regular store, but a different kind.  That is when I was introduced to the best milk ever.  It's Farmer's Cow Milk.  By far, the best milk I've ever had.  It's so smooth/fresh/delicious!  I just love it so much.  I got a 1/2 gallon of it yesterday and sadly it's almost gone.  I think that I will go broke during the rest of my pregnancy drinking so much of this milk but it's so worth it!  SO there ya go. The best milk in the world had been found.

Fun thing #3:  Jared and I finally decided on the baby's nursery. We really wanted to do something nautical/oceany for the baby's room but had a hard time finding something that wasn't entirely blue.  We agreed to do a multi-colored polka dot bedding set with nautical accents.  We also are putting up a huge world map - what Jared really wanted - in the room so he can show her England and other places in the world.  So it will be an educational room/fun ocean room with sailboats.  I'm so happy that is over.  Nursery stuff well everything baby related is so overwhelming!

Fun thing #4:  My gramps celebrates his 93rd birthday today.  We all got together for this birthday yesterday.  I mean "all".  We had not had that many family members together in a long time but it was worth it.

That's all I've got for fun things.  I hope everyone has a good week. Get some milk!

I have always wanted to try that milk but stayed away from it because of the price. I was afraid to get hooked! I recommend Farmer's Cow apple cider, iced tea, lemonade, and half and half. I guess the only thing that I was leaving out was the milk! - Jenn
